Residence Le Benedettine - housed in the homonymous former monastery on Lungarno Sonnino - is the new guest house of the University of Pisa opened to provide accommodation for italian and foreign students, researchers and university professors.
The house is located in the old town, just a few hundred meters away from the Central Rail Station, all public transport terminals
and the main university institutions of the city, their schools and departments and it's perfectly suited to stays of short, medium and long term stays.
The newly renovated three-storey mansion covers 1900 square meters.
Inside there are 44 rooms all single, single with French bed, double with twin beds or double. Each room is equipped with private bathroom, LAN cable, TV with 32 inches LCD screen and almost all with kitchen cabinet. Some rooms classified as double can be easily considered as small apartments.
The newly manufactured furnishings comply with the international regulations for users safety.
